Civil Litigation is a thorough, up to date and practical introduction to the Civil Procedure Rules and the principles and tactics used in pursuing a civil case. The civil process has been divided into five stages, starting with pre-action considerations, moving on to examine the issue and service of proceedings, before considering interim matters, trial and enforcement. The aim of the book is to equip readers with the knowledge necessary to enable them successfully to navigate their way through these stages. The recipient of an international shipment subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees (which are levied once a shipment reaches your country) must comply with them and CBL Distribution Limited cannot be held liable whatsoever for these charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country—you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns

To return your product please contact us. Our Returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return reasonable care must be taken to return the goods in the condition received. Ideally this would be returned in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is showing in your account.
